For the last four years, X Copywriters has operated out of Australia. The writing work we’ve done has never been incubated to here: in fact, most of our clients are overseas. I’ve received payments in USD, GBP, Euros, Philippine Pesos and in one case, Swiss Francs. I’ve also had to pay for goods and services in various currencies, which at times are exchanged from my Australian-based bank account. Additionally, withdrawing money to my local currency can cost a small fortune after exchange rates, wire fees and so on.
Because of this, X Copywriters is going to be switching over to crypto currencies as being our preferred method of payment. Bitcoins, Etheruem, Monero and Litecoin will be accepted, as well as the option for us to discuss payments in other crypto currencies. We will still accept payments in Paxum, PayPal, via Western Union and so on, but these will be considered secondary, inferior methods.
We’d like to see B2B services start to utilize crypto currencies a lot more: we’re just doing our bit by enabling customers to utilize these new, improved methods of monetary transfer.
